From The Case for a Vegan World

The Vegan Point Of View is the fundamental principle of this wikia. It is similar in concept to Wikipedia's NPOV (neutral point of view), except instead of the neutral perspective, the vegan perspective is given.

One common mistake users have in joining a Wikia community, is thinking that because Wikipedia is a wiki and an encyclopedia, that all wiki's must be encyclopedia's. This wikia represents the vegan community, not a vegan encyclopedia.
