Arguments[]

  1. Contrary to popular misconceptions, consuming excessive amounts of animal protien does no good for the muscles, and places unnecessary strain on the body's systems. Animal protien actually speeds up the aging and deterioration of the muscles. Maximum muscle growth and strength can be reached by taking just 16-20% of calories from protien, which is very easily achieved with a balanced vegan diet.
  2. A high meat diet causes cholestoral levels in the body to rise; and excessive cholestoral causes a variety of ailments, including severe muscular aches and pains.
